The exterior has a paved enclosed secure court yard and a pad locked storage box for bikes etc, the front aspect faces the courtyard which has parking for 2 vehicles and is in the direction of the beach, the paved garden is a sun trap and a bench will be available and located under the double glazed windows. Perfect for drying the beach towel or having an afternoon nap in the sun! The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away and the shops, restaurants and take aways are also within 5 minutes walk. Pubs are local but far enough away not to be affected by the live music which they all have. Dog lovers have a safe secure environment in which to let them have a sleep in the sun to dry off after a run on the beach. (please note that dogs are not allowed on the main beach during the holiday season but are welcome to run on Yaverland beach a bit further up the esplanade. )

Please note this bungalow is on the ground level but does have steps into the property as shown and one small step up from the court yard to the paved garden.

The living area is awaiting refurbishment to include a new kitchen area, new floor coverings, decoration and furnishings. This photo will give you an idea of space.  Kitchen area to the left of the picture to include, fridge, hob, oven, microwave and sink. Cutlery, plates cups, bowls kettle, iron, etc. all included.

Bedding included but bed linen and towels need to be provided by the hirer. Hair dryer included.

Mobile phone signal no problem in the area, O2, Orange and T-mobile tested.

The spacious bath room comprises bath with shower over, toilet and sink and shelving.

Vestibule hallway with heating and large mirror and coat pegs.
